I became a Realtor in 1998

Ladwina Lancaster Realtor

I became a Realtor in 1998 because I loved to look at houses. I loved everything about them. I am still a Realtor because I love connecting with people about their real estate questions and needs. I really enjoy educating and guiding them through the complicated process that is buying and selling.

I have lived in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho for just about all of my life. I have seen some huge changes and big growth from Boise and west through Nampa, Middleton, Caldwell and beyond. The growth has brought commerce, entertainment, restaurants and diversity. It is an exciting time in our area. With all this growth we still have amazing biking, hiking, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting, and general exploring right out our back door. I love to hike in the Boise foothills and walk or ride my bike on  the greenbelt that extends for miles. Family is so important to me and there is an endless amount of activities to do with them in our area.

I have gained experience, knowledge and insight through the years in my real estate professional career. I have also developed great working relationships with experienced lenders, title companies, home inspectors and others that I team with to offer the best of service to my clients needing real estate experise. I really love being a Realtor in the Treasure Valley.
